Kevin L. Futryk, Founding Partner

Kevin has been a Columbus, Ohio lobbyist since 1984. He has spent his entire professional life in government, beginning with his election to the Seven Hills City Council in 1977 at the age of nineteen. Kevin served as an LSC intern for the Ohio House of Representatives, worked for the administration of former Cleveland Mayor George V. Voinovich, and has served on numerous municipal boards and commissions. An independent lobbyist for 40 years, Kevin has represented private and public sector interests before the Ohio General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, various state agencies and departments, and local governments. A past board member and President of the Ohio Lobbying Association, Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration/finance from Cleveland State University. Kevin is a three-time recipient of the Ohio Lobbying Association President’s Award, awarded for outstanding service to the lobbying profession, and continues to serve on several OLA Committees. Kevin is the only OLA Member to receive this honor three times. Kevin is an Ohio Lobbying Association Certified Lobbyist, successfully completing requirements of the Ohio Lobbying Association’s “Certified Lobbyist Program.”

Amanda Sines, Partner

Amanda has been involved in state government relations in Columbus, Ohio for over 20 years. Amanda began her career in state government by working as a page in both the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate while getting her degree in political science at The Ohio State University. After college, she went to work as an aide to a State Senator, before moving to the private sector in 2004 to work in lobbying. Amanda began her lobbying career working for one of the first female owned independent lobbying firms (Towner Policy Group) where she represented a variety of client interests before the state legislature and Ohio regulatory agencies. In 2015, Ms. Towner retired and soon after Amanda joined Government Advantage Group as a Partner. Amanda is a Past President of the Ohio Lobbying Association, is a member of the fundraising committee for the Ohio YMCA Youth in Government program and an active member in Ohio Women in Government. Amanda is an Ohio Lobbying Association Certified Lobbyist, successfully completing requirements by the Ohio Lobbying Association “Certified Lobbyist Program”.

RJ Mancini, Vice President

RJ joined Government Advantage Group in January 2025 as Vice President. Prior to joining Government Advantage Group, RJ was the Manager of State Government Affairs and External Engagements at JobsOhio. Before joining JobsOhio in the Fall of 2023, RJ worked in the Ohio House of Representatives for 5 years, most recently as a Majority Policy Advisor. During his time as a policy advisor, RJ helped manage eight committees and advised the Speaker, House leadership, and caucus members on issues related to energy, public utilities, education, agriculture, state and local government, and technology. RJ holds a bachelor’s degree in government & politics from The Ohio State University.

Rachel Ehresman, Director of Government Affairs

Rachel has a passion for public service and a strong background in health policy, legislative affairs, and strategic communications. She joins Government Advantage Group with over five years of experience in various roles across the legislative and executive branches. Rachel began her career in state government in 2019, working for the newly appointed Representative Stephens. In January 2022, she joined Governor DeWine’s team as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Counselor to the Governor. In February 2023, Rachel returned to the Ohio House of Representatives to serve as a Majority Policy Advisor covering health and human services, where she had the opportunity to work on the state budget and several pieces of legislation that are now state law.

A native of Bucyrus, Ohio, Rachel graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work and a minor in political science. She also graduated from the Jo Ann Davidson Leadership Institute, where she developed critical leadership skills that enhanced her ability to navigate complex political environments.

Victoria Gresh

Victoria Gresh, Vice President, Association Operations

Victoria Gresh, CAE, joined Government Advantage Group in January 2026 and has more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of association management, advocacy, and state government relations in Ohio. She began her career in public policy working as a legislative aide in both the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate, where she developed a strong foundation in the legislative process, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.

Victoria later transitioned to association management and government affairs, serving in chief staff executive roles for statewide professional and trade associations. Over her career, she has successfully led legislative and regulatory initiatives, including the passage of Practice Act reform and interstate compact legislation, while building trusted relationships with policymakers, regulators, and coalition partners. 

She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with a proven track record of directing comprehensive association management functions, including governance, financial strategy, membership growth, education, communications, and organizational transformation. She has guided associations through periods of transition, improved operational efficiency, and delivered sustainable growth and member value.

Victoria currently serves on the Ohio Wesleyan University Alumni Board of Directors and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Ohio Lobbying Association, and is a past president of the Ohio Society of Association Professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University.
