Victoria Gresh, CAE, joined Government Advantage Group in January 2026 and has more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of association management, advocacy, and state government relations in Ohio. She began her career in public policy working as a legislative aide in both the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate, where she developed a strong foundation in the legislative process, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
Victoria later transitioned to association management and government affairs, serving in chief staff executive roles for statewide professional and trade associations. Over her career, she has successfully led legislative and regulatory initiatives, including the passage of Practice Act reform and interstate compact legislation, while building trusted relationships with policymakers, regulators, and coalition partners.
She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with a proven track record of directing comprehensive association management functions, including governance, financial strategy, membership growth, education, communications, and organizational transformation. She has guided associations through periods of transition, improved operational efficiency, and delivered sustainable growth and member value.
Victoria currently serves on the Ohio Wesleyan University Alumni Board of Directors and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Ohio Lobbying Association, and is a past president of the Ohio Society of Association Professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University.
